I believe AK47 to be one of the best yielders. Personally I did not have much success with them due to a lot of newbie errors when I tried them. To date my best yielder has been an MI5 shortstuff. But as the above poster states dont get to ambitious for your first attempt.

IMO I would not take those plants into your own setup unless you can be sure of clearing out the bug infestation completely first. You do not want to contaminate your area under any circumstances. Get some pics up of the bugs and someone here will know what they are and the best way to remove them.

I have to agree with NLN05 on this one, those pistils are far to fresh at the moment, give it a couple more weeks and the pistils should start to change color, while they still look like that the plant is still growing and you will improve your yield with a bit more patience.
