Yeah! It's Bud Worm Season. Pics

Yeah those things are some little fuckers. You're almost there though, keep inspecting every day. I like to go worm hunting in the early mornings.

    Drying

Get an Inkbird humidity controller and a small humidifier. You won't look back.

Wondering if i should harvest one of my plants.

Bud washing is fine post-harvest. I was skeptical as fuck at first too, but I do it every time now.

    First Sprout

Those sprouts look completely fine. But as said, the soil looks pretty drenched. Be careful with drowning the little ones.

End of my first week of October.

Still a couple of weeks left.

Wondering if i should harvest one of my plants.

They start out tiny. We're talking like smaller than the size of pencil lead.

    To harvest or to wait?

I'd spray with a potassium bicarbonate and rubbing alcohol solution, and try to hang on a bit longer.

    Does she look ready?

Nice mix of amber there. Looks good.

    Does she look ready?

Definitely getting close. If you want more of that "couch lock" type high, I hear it's best to wait for more amber trichomes. Those milky white looking ones will start turning amber soon.

Wondering if i should harvest one of my plants.

That photo is pretty bad quality but I can see tons of pistils. Not done yet. Is that brown spot bud rot? Let's see some more pics.

    Canatrol curing box

I hear you man. I'm only on my 4th grow, I'm not good at drying yet either. But it's been getting better and better every year. This year I got an Inkbird controller going in my shitty homemade tent I always use, and I think this is going to be a huge improvement overall.

    Canatrol curing box

I agree. If I was going to spend that much cash, I would build something insulated, get some exhaust going, a humidifier, etc. I highly recommend Inkbird controllers too. You could probably build a sweet set up in a day, and for well under the price of a Cannatrol unit.

    ONTARIO OUTDOOR

Oof.. rough. Some of it I suspect is worm damage.

Can anyone confirm if this is the dreaded powdery midew

I've been using PB this year. No issues so far. This time last year I already had to cut some buds off, but I think most of that rot was from worm damage. What area are you in?

    Buds ready????

Lol yeah, I'm not sure if that was a worm.. just sort of looked like it might be. I've seen orange ones before. Is that area free of rot? It could just be the lightning, but it looks a little off colored. Nice looking plants though.

    Buds ready????

Leaf color is normal for late flowering. Plants looks good overall. This spot looks concerning to me though, possible worm.

    First time outdoor grow questions

Ah, yeah I know you guys out that way have it rough sometimes. I'm in Northern California. I'm currently spraying with Potassium Bicarbonate. No issues yet. I used it last year for bud washing too and I'm convinced it's pretty good stuff for battling mold. I use Spinosad for worms, haven't seen...
