I have walked those same type of basement stairs in our old Kleinburg house of many years ago. Even at normal speed, every stair just creaked slowly to add to the spooky effects.

Roger that. We just heaved Mrs. S' infused chocolate chip / sea salt cookies. We did a freezer clean up and found a couple partial bags at the bottom. After over 5 years ... I am gonna pass.
