If this is your first grow you should definitely take clones to practise, it’s a skill all growers need. I always take clones before I flip to keep my genetics. If you know you can hook clones, you don’t have to keep moms around.

I said soilless would be best. Hydro would be harder due to outside temps, but if you have the gear, hydro yields better and the veg time is shorter, IMHO.

Me personally, if that was the only plant I grew I’d smoke some of it. Depends on your stash and personal tastes. I’d pick all the moldy bits off and dry and cure the rest. If it came out decent I’d still smoke it, but making bubble hash would be less plant matter and probably safer.

That wouldn’t bother me a bit. I’d just keep on curing, maybe add a little water like @OldMedUser said. I’m sure the Boveda packs will help.

Hey if you’ve got the back, go ahead. No plants going inside though, right. Never bring outside plants inside if you have pot plants going inside the bugs will jump over.

That’d definitely help. I’m gonna be real honest here and say that she’s already in flower and pretty hurt looking, it’s going to take a real big improvement for her to finish up well. Lots of damaged fan leaves on her and she won’t be able to replace them in flower like she could in veg.

I don’t know if it’ll flush or not. I was thinking along the same lines on bumping the PH but didn‘t want to complicate it too much. They’re not measuring PH so it’d be a shot in the dark so to speak. Any of the silicon additives will bump PH a lot, but no way to measure it. You sure molasses...

I just went 2.0 in week 5 of flower. I didn’t have them real green on the way up though, so they could be greener now, otherwise I’d be down around 1.6 too.

Probably a good water flush to wash out the molasses and bring up the ph, then give her a feed with the Scott’s you’ve been using so she doesn’t get deficient. Let her dry and maybe do it again if she doesn’t look better.

I found it pulls the green out of a flowering plant pretty quick too, unless it was super green to begin with. Tastes like molasses in the buds, but plants like the free carbs. Those marks on the leaves could be PH related, I wonder if the molasses dropped it real low.

I’m about the same. New to VPD myself and have been looking at the charts this grow. My co2 is at 1300, so we’re close there. My a/c keeps me in a range, so I‘m between 27 to 33c on most days depending on outside temps. I asked in another forum if there was a VPD specific to us co2 growers but...

Depending on where you live in the world @killaspliff the shed will need some nice HVAC and insulation. Plus it needs to be pest proof and probably light proof. HPS will run hotter than LEDs, but HPS burns more power. Water grows in a shed would be extra tough if the temps got too hot or cold...

She’s looking a bit rough. What‘s in the bag for mix and do you check the ph and ppm/EC of your solutions?

Do you notice a difference in performance between the DWC and coco? The feeding is different, but do your plants look/do better in one and is one easier to run?

How about a pic of your root rot @Anobahar ? Are you sure it’s rot and not just staining from the micro? Maybe the high dose of hydroguard is causing problems.
