A good rule of thumb would be to water every four or five days. You also need to use a pot that provides good drainage, as your coco coir requires air as well as moisture to promote healthy plant growth. If there's too much moisture inside, there won't be enough air. that’s just of 1 seedbank...

Soil or coco if the medium is still wet from previous water then don’t water.

IMO that early they don’t need watering daily, looking at the pics she’s stumped as her roots can’t breathe. Everyone’s advice is correct, but for them to be a little small under a lumatek at 25% at 20” doesn’t sound right

Tbh just on safety itself LED is better. Like previous people have said the amount of burns/singed hair/popped bulbs/glass everywhere I have previously had with HPS switching over to LED was a no brainer (I’m sure others have had it but putting your hand on a shard of hot glass is horrendous!)...

LED has come along way, just make sure u go with a decent brand that gives u a decent ppfd coverage. most will go into how many and what LEDs are used (warm white/cool white/far red/ir and UV. Samsung 301b etc)

If ur going to top/lollipop/fim her then I would at least wait until 4/5 node, autos are bred to be hardier then photoperiods so they can take more. I know numerous people who seriously chop and bondage ( I mean BONDAGE!) their plants and they get stunning yields
