If ur going to top/lollipop/fim her then I would at least wait until 4/5 node, autos are bred to be hardier then photoperiods so they can take more. I know numerous people who seriously chop and bondage ( I mean BONDAGE!) their plants and they get stunning yields
Autos are bred to be day neutral and nothing else.

I mean, he seems pretty sure otherwise why would he offer the anecdote and make that claim right?
Personally, I've never heard of that so I'd love to read the supporting claims relating to that. I love learning new things. It's great having people teaching others things that they previously haven't heard of before. Knowledge is power ya?

Fair enough.

Let's wait on those article cites :bigjoint:
He could of coarse be talking about ruderalis being generally 'hardier' being able to adapt to cooler climates etc. Truth be told through all the breeding and backcrossing I'm sure it would negate any type of 'hardiness' ruderalis would offer. Dang I kinda feel like gave him the answer there but it's ok. Discussion is good.

When people say "it's just a weed", they're talking about Ruderalis  lol! Less potent, larfy, short, weird tiny leaves usually, but yeah hearty and brings that day-neutral quality.

I have another theory that moden autoflower hybrids may also have higher overall spectrum of high cannabinoids, but that's just a theory.
