Bud rot (botrytis) cut it all out and throw it in the fire. It will spread like wild fire if you don't.

Next time use BT, Spinosad, and an organic antifungal like potassium bicarbonate (lots of different products available ).

Cut it. It's developing bud rot. Go through the buds and look for fungus. Discard any infected parts in the fire. Then look up bud washing and do it. It'll help get rid of some of the bugs and dirt that get on plants and leave you with a nicer product to smoke. Good job getting this far. And...
