I think what he means is to hang a fan/filter in the tent independent of any ducting. The purpose is to clean or "scrub" the air that is within the tent before it gets sucked into the exhaust setup.

I'm using this as a starter spot for two plants. 1 pic the day I put them in, 1 pic about a week or so later. The idea is to have them spend about 2-3 weeks here before I give them each their own tote. Gave them their first topping a couple days before this pic.
