You can release after the leaf is dry. The predators don't eat the leafs. Just the other mites. So usually they don't have too much trouble with whatever you've sprayed.

With predatory mites (persimillis) it's important to get them fresh without a lot of transit time.

Why not use DE (diamataceous earth). Adds silica and cuts up all bugs.

15-20K ppm CO2. But this doesn't work great. I've heard if you put a bag over top the plant then pump co2 in is better. I can tell you 1500-2000ppm doesn't do a single thing to mites. Lol

More info. Day temperature, night temperature. What kind of lights what kind of wattage are you using. Are you using the light at 100 percent bright?. What PH you watering to? What kind of nutrients? What nutrient concentration are you using?

Vegging along finally got my EC up to 2.6-2.7EC. Got rid of the deficiencies I was seeing. Temperature room is almost packed with enough to flower soon. Water Melon Zkittles, Hidden Pastry and one Tire fire plant. Temp at 86F, CO2 1200PPM, humidity 68-72%.
