Plant your seeds in the ground before winter and the seedlings will begin to grown "at the right time" and you will be surprised how early they germinate. I in the Toronto area and was surprised when I saw plants growing on their own and how hardy they are.

Outdoor plants get bigger than indoor plants. I do not grow indoors as I find it too much of a hassle. I get more than enough harvest allowing me to give away 3/4 of the harvest. This is where my girls came from 2 years ago

No - I pulled off a few and they are hard seeds. One thing I can't find is an estimate about how much THC decrease there is when seeds are created. If it is 25% to 33% then I don't care much. Just roll a 25% thicker joint. Always look on the bright side of life!
