I don't pull leaves off until they are ready to come off on their own. A little tug will let you know but you can snip them off if you want it doesn't really matter. You can still top these two if you want or wait its all the same. They look like they are doing good they are "praying" to the light.

Need more info. What soil is that and what did the clones roots look like. I would foliar feed calcium but that may not fix, and may not even be the issue. It looks like typical calcium burning but that can happen from different things

I can almost guarantee thats a predator mite. I have them in all my soil. They eat bad bugs. You can also tell by how fast they move. Most bad mites move slow. Predator mites, move fast.

Ding. The leaves look dark. Overwatered possibly. Curling up from nutrient exposure possibly. Plants too small to take the heat or sensitive or both.
