New grower here, I know this is old but I’m wondering if people still feel the same way about fox farm nutes? I have and use them, plants seem to be doing great! Using just the trio plus calmag and kelp & fish/molasses. Idk what it is, but I feel like I could get something better, the Humboldt...

So on my next grow, I plan on trying your ffof, eb stone, perlite mix. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I’ll be adding in dry amendments into the mix AND top dressing or “recharge”” throughout the grow, correct? Or is the mix of ffof and eb stone with perlite fine as is, then just top dressing after?

Thanks for this! I’m going to be trying a blend of ffof (1/3) with a mild mix and perlite on my next grow, one with dry amendments and one without, both will eventually be top fed as well. Gonna check out if I see any major difference or if it’s even possibly lol

Has anyone tried ffof with dr earth dry amendments? If so, which did you use? And by that I mean, basically just top feeding and POSSIBLY a lower layer of dry amendments in the soil?
