It it an autoflower? If so, don't reduce the hrs per day of light. If not, and you are in the US and it's only getting natural light from the window it's flowering. Looks like it needs better/more light one way or another. Especially now that it's trying to produce buds.

Somethings not right if those are 34 days old. Not sure of your medium or nutrients etc. If anything they look like they are stretching a lot which would indicate not enough light. My initial guess would be root issues and damping off.

The HLG QB kits are prob the best value LED's for the money. Don't let the term "kit" scare you. They just take a few minutes to assemble.

Check out HLG turnkey leds. Good lights for the money. Also you can same money on their "kits". Their quantum board kits may be called "kits" but for all practible purposed it's just a few minutes assembly and very simple.

I agree with the cal-mag guess. I'd also mix some epsom (1 tsp in 1 gal water) and spray them down just before light out.

Sure, switch them back. They may or may not revert back to veg without issue. Just be aware that the chances of issues or hermes multiplies in likelihood if you do so.

Pick what you like based on size and effects. Most seed places list easy grow varieties/strains.
