Don't count anything. Too many variables effect when you should harvest. Let your plant tell you when it's ready by watching your tricomes. When 70-80% (on the flowers) are milky chop it down.

It's supposed to be the time from the plants initial flower start to harvest, but like someone already said, add a couple weeks give or take. Lots of other variables can change that time frame.

That seems awfully expensive. Have you tried your local nurseries? I use a brand of plain perlite called Vigoro (no fertilizers) from Home Depot and it's $16 per 2 cf bag (which is about 60L I think). Never had any issues with it.
