U wanna wait a bit longer couple of weeks maybe. Get a magnifier (x60 at least). If you prefer mor of an euphoric high, then harvest when 1/2 - 3/4 cloudy (most thc) If you prefer a couch lock high, then wait until about 3/4 of them are amber (more cbd)

I don’t ph, I use rainwater. But your ph is way too high, so bring it down straight away! Some people check the ph of the run off; I never do.
