If u are I would suggest it’s good practice to wait for your bucket to be light if they are still heavy in the morning don’t give them any until you know for sure water is all out so the finger test inch or 2 down if it’s still wet and heavy wait for it to dry...

your soil looks super soggy too much water not enough drainage you want water to flow in and right out no sogginess that’s most likely the reason for your mold it’s not bad soil or unwashed trays
