Not 3x3 I’m doing a 4x4

£540 for the hlg and £420 for the Mars hydro.

I’ve got two options, I can either get a refurbished hlg 650r for 750 (without shipping) or a brands new Mars hydro ts 3000w for 420 (not sure if shipping is charged due to it being in the same country as me) would I notice a massive difference?
