    Is this bud rot

Rot is one of those things that when you squeeze the bud and it feels soft, you know you have it. My policy is when in doubt, cut it out. Usually when a bud looks off like it's brownish or one sugar leaf is brown, I'll press in and if it's mushy/soft, it's rot. Cut it out as fast as you find...

    Russet/Broad mites?

I had russet mite damage just like this about 4 weeks ago. Wettable sulfur and/or Venerate worked for me.

magic mushroom spore/syringe shipped to ca ?

Go make friends with people on shroomery. Then ask for spore prints. Then put the spores on agar and boom, you're good to go.

    Anybody grow the Amanita Muscaria?

Check out iNaturalist to see if they're in your local area. People usually record their sightings in the winter. I find thousands of them when I hunt for porcini, and have never had a desire to eat them. Might as well eat proper psilocybe.

    How im dealing with caterpillar's

Nice grow! Welcome to outdoor growing where you wage war on mold and caterpillars. Ladybugs will help with aphids but not worms. The only thing I've found to work for worms is BT I spray once every 3-4 days if I have an infestation. From there it's a game of cutting off moldy buds until you...

    Gabbage worms?

That brown stuff is rot caused by worm poo. If you're wanting to argue that it's not Botrytis bud rot, sure. It's still mold/rot in a bud.

    Gabbage worms?

That's bud rot from caterpillar poop. I'd cut it off asap, when it spreads it can ruin entire crops.

Nice, I'm looking to build a similar structure in a couple weeks. Any tips, learnings, or things you'd do differently next time when building it?

Should I put these in the ground?

I thought I had my fabric pots dialed in, but hit a snag with a sativa leaning strain (2 on the left). I think poor drainage and overwatering has led to a nitrogen deficiency. I've tried adding fish fertilizer but the yellowing seems to progress. I have naturally sandy soil that drains...

    Needs Nitrogen?

The leaf curl is a remnant of the russet mite attack from a couple weeks ago. Judging by how the yellow is progressing I think they need another round of nitrogen after letting the soil dry out a bit.

Fish fert is helping a bit.

    Needs Nitrogen?

Man, I probably should have added more perlite to the mix when planting. The main reason I am keeping them in pots is for airflow. When they're elevated off the ground like this I seem to get less bud rot (very humid climate). I'm debating cutting the fabric and planting them in the ground...

    Seed Junkie Genetics

The two on the left are Scotti's Cake from Seed Junky. Got the pack back in 2021 and finally popped em this year. Heavy feeder apparently...I blinked and they developed an N deficiency during the stretch. Biscotti x (Gelato 41 x Animal Mints BX1)

Same, I'm growing Mendo Purple Urkle this year. A bit behind on flowering but hope she finishes before the fog and rain come in.

    Needs Nitrogen?

Thanks, my water source has high Ca so I think this could be more of a Mg issue. I haven't fed them anything aside from the soil they were planted in...recipe 420 from E.B. stone. So tap water and their existing soil. I feel like there's a chance that the high Ca in my water is locking out the...

    Needs Nitrogen?

The ones in the front are turning lime green. Both the same strain. They've recovered from russet mites but now seem to have either N deficiency or something else. Any thoughts? I just foliar fed them seaweed today to see if they spring back a bit. Considering getting some fish emulsion for...
