please show me where I am wrong. 1 gram per watt from HPS is an acceptable harvest even by master growers. If you did a SOG of say 99 small plants you could bump that yield up by maybe 20%. With a modern Samsung lm301b led fixture maybe you could hit 2 grams per watt. your goal of 8 lbs...

regardless of how long you veg, how big your tent is etc you are limited by your inputs, the main one which is light. assuming you are a master grower and could pull 2 grams per watt from an HPS (which let's face it, 1 gram per watt is more reasonable), you would have a maximum of 800 grams...

agreed on 100W and dialing down being the better option. a 50W led bulb won't do the trick. 50W spread across 120 or 288 diodes and run 6" off the canopy does a very nice job. I have a couple of fixtures w 3 and 4 boards, run at 1050ma which gets them right about 50W each. ive done 8 plants...

you can grow under 50W. I run my qbs soft and only give them 50W each but close to my canopy. I can fit a small plant in a 2 gal under that and pull a zip. the challenge is you need to flower clones that are already sexually mature for it to work. it's not going to work from seed unless you veg...

it's a rare one since most ppl want bushier plants. I found some corn stalk phenos in some BOG SourBubble. i know there are other strains with this too but you would have to research. sometimes its just a result of pheno hunting and popping a pack to find the one or 2 seeds with the structure...

have you verified this? I'm pretty sure I checked this out when I first joined, and the exif data was wiped. at least the images that are displayed in posts. I'm sure there's some server cache file with the raw post data before it's been converted but that shoukd get wiped out in server...

you can manually defoliate /lollipop to remove side growth and get just a main cola. but ideally you want a strain that has a "cornstalk" pheno that does this naturally.
