That's the only thing I can think of. With the RO water your giving everything it needs with jacks expect your cal and mag might still be low and that could cause the yellow and brown you are seeing. Im pretty new to all this as well but from what I've read I would look into that.

What does your ec do through out the week when you add no water? Does it go up or stay the same? That would tell you if you should add water or not.
