I manage canopy and prune/defol about as well as you. I'm growing this bagseed clone for the second time. It looks better than the first time I tried. Fighting some mites with citric acid, but they're causing minimal damage so far.

Thank you for this. I am new, but have wondered. Once the RH is 60-62% (and stable), what is the point in burping? It's "curing," right? I can get a stable RH in my drying tent with a humidifier. Unless something is going on chemically, I think I'll follow xtsho's lead. Also, gonna try dry ice...

I read that you don't like the peat so much, and I see you have some Glenlivet there. It's my favorite. Would it be a safe assumption that the other two whiskys you pictured are as low on peat?
