What do you mean by keyway / keyhole? I just got some ideal holders for my CXBs and they do have little slots in the screw holes that you can rotate the whole thing to lock it in I guess.

Haha really just diving right in. This is high level... I might be able to do more once I get mine wired up. So to start, you will need an AC power plug wired into the Mean Well and another wired into a AC to DC converter for the fans. For the converter, I'm personally just using a wall charger...

So I got some Ideal holders for the CXBs. Has anyone used these with a self tapping screw? I don't have a tapping bit and it looks very tricky. How do you get the LED to stay in the holder...I lined one up and pushed the little tension arm to the side to fit it in, but once I let off pressure it...

Yep should be right around 200w. My tent is 40"x40"x60". I already have a PlatinumLED P300 in there so I'm going to add the 4 CXBs once I'm finished. If I like them, I'm going to build a second set of 4 CXBs and move the P300 into another area. That would give me about 400 watts in a 11 sq ft...

Nice! Thanks for the quick answer. I think I can maintain at least 18" as long as I don't let my plants get out of control and mount the light pretty high in the tent.

Something I hadn't thought about until now...with CXB3070s @ 1400mA, how far away will I need to keep my plants? I don't have TONS of vertical space...hopefully I didn't just build a light I can't even use because it's too powerful lol... 18 inches enough!?
