Congrats. It’s just not how I’d ever recommend anyone run it. As far as the distilled water goes, it’s 5 ml per gallon. That is not gonna do ANYTHING to ph. A $13 bag of pool shock will treat 9,900,000 gallons of water. How much do your beneficials cost?

Stop adding microbes to a rdwc system. You are asking for problems. Go buy you a bag of poolshock, burnout73 or similar (as long as it’s 73%). Add 1 gram of pool shock to one gallon of distilled water. Use that solution at 5ml per gallon in your system with every top off.
