    The seed list...mostly

Hey buddy! That's a Purple Jones that I just took down night before last... speaking of, somebody asked me what her lineage is and I didn't remember if you had told me, or what you said.

Hello Everyone!! I'm so glad to be here. Sharing my first grow in 2005

Welcome- I used to live in South Florida, near Boca. I had a family at the time, so I turned down a bunch of offers to grow...

    The seed list...mostly

Hey, just wanted to stop in and give a shout out to my brother, homebrew! I will go back and... attempt to keep up with this thread, but breeding and crossing is not my strong suit, this one is gonna be way over my head, lol. I'm just happy with my lil crowd of clones, folks may recognize a...

    1000W Vertical?

I just read it, lol. You still running this as a vert or is it horizontal now that you have two bulbs?

    Ttystikk's vertical goodness

Very nice setup, although it's hard to tell scale even with the five gallon buckets in there. Yours is the second vertical light mover I've seen that was originally a Light Rail. I thought about that approach, but I want a different pattern of light timing, so I'll use a wheel and pulleys. I...

    Ttystikk's vertical goodness

Way too much plant mass for this to be a viable option. I do defoliate the big fan leaves after the ladies have been flowering for 3 weeks or so, helps them get light to the buds and stack. This situation is caused by a lot of happy plants in a relatively small room, and just needs an equipment...

    WhoDat Sticky Trap

So which is worse, the breeder who creates it, the grower who runs it or the customer who buys it? LOL

    Ttystikk's vertical goodness

So my most recent issue is that RH is climbing, in spite of the best efforts of the Iceboxes. This indicates the girls are growing rapidly and transpiring a great deal as a sign of their healthy metabolism. It appears that while my two little 8" Iceboxes are able to deal with temperature issues...

    Ttystikk's vertical goodness

WOW, impressive! Can I see how you make your lights move? Love the big colas inside the trellis, too! If you had it to do over again, do you think you'd stick with the mover or try two or more bulbs instead?

    WhoDat Sticky Trap

Hey there, I have two; bubblegum and bubble cheese. I love any cross with Cheese in it, so I'm looking forward to the chance to run it!

    1000W Vertical?

I'm too new here to make suggestions, I'm liking what I'm seeing for access and simplicity, for sure!

    WhoDat Sticky Trap

Wow, just read a bit into the beginning and then caught up here- this is awesome! I'm so impressed with the lazy Susan carrying five gallon buckets. It's really neat for me to see other's approaches to the problem. I'm subbed of course, I can't wait to see how this run comes out!

    Ttystikk's vertical goodness

Hey, great to meet you! Can I ask about how you trellis your girls? Do you pin them to the inside of the canopy, or? What's the diameter of your trellis, and what ways are your bulb(s)? I'll go peep your thread, but if I recall it is long! I can get some more detailed pics and discussion up, I...

    Ttystikk's vertical goodness

I believe I've been remiss in that I haven't posted any pics or discussed any details. Tubs; Setup; Cooling; So, what people did not understand at the other site was that I'm not in this for seeds or glory, I'm here to find a better, cheaper way to grow it indoors and keep the quality...

    Ttystikk's vertical goodness

Hey there! I'm stoked about it, too! I'm having better luck not topping the plants at all thus far. I've got one run done and another in process, still learning... but it's fun!

    Ttystikk's vertical goodness

My first crack at this, with lots of warts, was as you say- yet, it pointed the way forward. The current batch is much more representative of the approach and they're living up to its potential a lot better. I'm not sure how you're doing your math for power consumption, time, or yield. Since...

    Ttystikk's vertical goodness

My RDWC doesn't have a separate reservoir; each tub is 27 gallons, BIG, to accommodate the plant's every need. Linking six together, using a spacer to lift the netpot up to allow for 17 gallons of water in each tub, allows for six plants per run and 100 gallons of nutrient. That kind of size...

    Ttystikk's vertical goodness

Okay, cool- glad folks are curious! To address your observation, I did this in order to place the plant where it made the most sense to me. First, if the stalk and branches are on the outside, I can more easily manipulate and clip them to the trellis. Second, I stuff the growing tips through the...

    Doc's laboratory

Hi all, I wanted to stop in and introduce myself... I'm enjoying all the different ops, and I'll be fleshing out a thread I just started about my own grow. Meantime, I would like to ask those who have vertical light movers, how do you like them? If you had it to do over again, how would you go...
