2x4 grow: greenlit by wife, ready to spend some money!

What I've learned and some things to consider...Growing 12 plants at once is a major undertaking and certainly not in one 2x4 tent. I see multiple tents in your future. That means multiple lights as well as exhaust fans, possibly humidifiers, oscillating fans, etc. I have learned to be frugal...

It's not nice to fool Mother Nature

2nd monster clone. A friend went on a cutting spree in week 3-4. I couldn't resist giving it a go. Northern Lights. It rooted in 2 weeks and is getting stupider looking by the day. Single leaves, corkscrews... 50/50 ocean forest and happy frog. Soil may be a tad hot judging by the dark green...

    I could use some help

I see no harm in flushing enough to check runoff ppm and ph. That doesn't look too bad. I've had downward clawing leaves on a couple plants one had over 3000 ppm and it appreciated the reset. The other one appeared nothing short of angry. I won't go into the details of the trauma I put it...

Spots on northern lights auto leaves

Here are a couple pics of a friend's NL. Consider yourself fortunate. Don't fret. You're good.

How do you keep the ladybugs on your plants?

I've been looking into this subject over the last few days. A friend's first grow had what we think were white fly bodies everywhere. Anyhow from what I've gathered so far is that you need to make a humid habitat for them with a dome of some sort, a wetted sponge for them to drink from, and some...

    Yikes what is this?

2 plants and concentrated mostly in the center of canopy. Was no fan blowing in tent and very heavy foliage. Major defoliation yesterday and oscillating fan in there now. Don't see any damage from the bugs but nobody wants to smoke insect carcasses.

    Yikes what is this?

Ok thinking they are white flies. All dead as far as I can tell. Massive defoliation completed. Friend's plants. He has been overfeeding throughout the grow and I understand these buggers are drawn to excess nitrogen in leaves. 6 weeks into flower. Thinking bud washing is going to be on the table.

    Yikes what is this?

Should I stop with the plants or just burn the whole damn house down?

    Cleaning curing jars.

Does anyone have suggestions on how to clean out the resin scuzz in the curing jars. Water and dish soap isn't cutting it. I've heard of alcohol and agitating with rock salt and also an apple cider solution. Any thoughts appreciated.

    Trying to help a friend

A friend's first grow has been going fairly well other than a little overwatering and some over feeding. They are in happy frog or ocean forest. Using GH Trio. I took one a few weeks ago as he was going to run out of space. I've only fed it twice since June 16. Its growth had slowed to near...

    Droopy leaves

Sprinkling some mycorrhizae on the root ball and in the hole is good practice. Not seen any signs of shock whatsoever. So far I've only been using Myko Bliss. Works great and fairly inexpensive.

    We good?

I'm raising a gorilla glue for a friend that had more plants than tent. Looks very similar to your pics. Broad ginormous fan leaves. Looks good.

    Humidifier water additive

I learned to avoid tap water due to mineral powder ruining carbon filters and generally creating a mess. Distilled cured the problem but can eat into the pockets over time. RO would work also if that's an option. Fortunately for me I'm able to harvest rainwater. When it gets down to 10 ppm or...
