hooray for sprouts! my sunflowers are kicking everything else's butts so far. but, in other news, one of the 4 types of tomatoes i planted showed sprouts today -- tomorrow will be day 4 after planting. :)

yup, my guess would be yellow cymbidium as well. if you want it to flower you'll need to give it a 15 degree-ish spread between day and night temperatures for a couple weeks.

tomatoes and peppers can take anywhere from a week to a month, depending on how warm you can keep the medium.

cut the skin off a mango (or 2) and put it cut side down on the affected area; it'll soothe the pain plus the beta carotene will prevent scarring.

dropped squashes, beans, peas, sunflowers and a couple of cool shrub seeds today; if the weather co-operates i'll try to plant toms (4 kinds) peppers and natalino broccoli. bought some tea seeds but they make me nervous -- germinate in hot water???

i'll ask around, but i don't think any of the local disps carry it (solvent concentrates are still a grey area here). edit: does she have a consumption/possession license already?

the mug cake could be the problem; you can't really regulate temperature in the microwave, plus the heat is produced differently (internal agitation of molecules) than external heat like ovens and stovetops. that's theoretical though, i've never made medibles in the microwave so i can't say for...

i have a mango-date-pecan loaf in my repertoire (one of my patients special-orders it from me).... unfortunately i've never done a side-by-side test with a different type of loaf yet, but according to her, half a slice before bedtime is the best medible she's come across for her myriad of sleep...
