At this point you might have to let just it grow. You have cut all the possible growth. U need more bud sites. Think of letting grow like deer antlers

What I have seen is , you want to wait at least 4 weeks before feeding nutes and to use less to what the instructions say especially if your going to start doing it now.... but wait to what other ppl say.

How’s your soil. Maybe it’s too tough for them to grow thru. Other things could be the fan is to direct on them. (Seriously) Not enough light over water. wind(fan) air circulation CO2

I would suggest getting more lights. U have too many for just those 2 small ones. U might need 2 more of those or 1 bigger one.

Maybe even cal.
