Unfortunately two of the three seeds i planted are dead. Their root didnt even grow more. Today i just pulled them off

And something else. The one that had break the soil (first day) it has the shell on it. Should i left it and wait to see tomorrow if it has fallen or should i try to get it off?

Unfortunately can't know how old they are. What's your opinion? Should i wait at least ten days to see if they gonna break the soil and if not to put new seeds or to wait more days? I put my last seed yesterday to germinate
