You don't need an RO unless you have a water softener. If you are on municipal water a chlorine/chloramine inline filter will do. That being said if you have a salt brine water softener look up the (i think) aquabuddy on amazon. The 3 stage 100gpd is like $65. Works incredibly well.

So that 50,000 lamp hour number is actually called the L70. It is (basically) a measured time frame where the diodes will reach 70% intensity set at 100%. So after 50,000 hours the lamp will output 70% of the lumens it did out of the box.

It's not a high humidity situation. The lung room is under 40% at the moment. 45% in the tent during lights on and 55%(+) during lights off. The smell is only noticeable a few hours before the lights go out.

But the 800cfm rating of the fan is rated without additioal load. The carbon filter reduces it 25%. But still, the math doesn't line up. Any suggestions? I am unable to keep my humidity below 55% during lights out without the fan on at 40%. But also, it's not like the filter can't keep up...

Its an 8x4. The 8" fan has a max cfm of around 800, but it is set to only run 20%-50% speed. The filter is rated 950cfm. Theres a 6" intake with hepa filter box too.
