Nice thread here. I'm growing 4 girls under 588 watts of cfl. No trimming. One was topped, that's it. It's nice to see what's possible with trimming. How much longer are you gonna wait to harvest?

Update: About 5 1/2 weeks into 12/12 light period. Last week I dialed back the amount of nitrogen I was giving the plants. One was starting to get some purple on the lower stem again. Now the lower leaves are looking kinda light on some of the plants. I don't know if things react that quickly or...

I can't keep my humidity high enough! Usually sits around 30% in my grow area. RH where I live is about 14%

I started with just one tek-two and kept adding to keep up with the plants. Currently using two tek-two's and twelve 23 watt spiral cfl's. If I would have been smart, for about the same cost as all these lights, I could have bought a 400 watt hps and a decent intake and exhaust fan.

When you say day 4, you don't mean the plant is 4 days old do you?

My runoff with FFOF is about 5.

My plants were doing that kind of thing. One of them still hasn't recovered fully. I read somewhere on here that small new growth could be a sign of zinc deficiency. I started out using some light, airy potting soil, and when i transplanted, I bought a bag of FFOF. I could not believe how heavy...

I decided to open up a couple of my rockwool cubes, and the stem was brown on one clone with no root development. But the other had a few little nodes sticking out. I guess I'm going to keep these as an experiment, and take some new clones and do it right also.

Sorry to hi-jack thread but...I was thinking of trying to take another shot at cloning my plant, but I'm 4 weeks into flower. I thought it was out of the question by this point. Do you think I would be successful? My stems are all pretty stiff.

I think you make an excellent point. Probably best for noobees like myself to just learn how a plant grows and reacts without trimming for a grow or two. That way he or she will have something to compare to if and when they do decide to trim.

I don't see why likes are such a big deal. I mean, I'm here to learn, share what I learn, look at pictures, and bullshit occasionally. I can still do all of those things so I'm happy.

Longer than two weeks. I don't think they're doing anything though. But I shouldn't even call them clones because I did everything wrong...I cut them during flower, and have them under 12/12 light, lol! I didn't expect them to make it, but just wanted to see what would happen.

Good question. I have a plant that I want to re-veg too. I tried to clone, but I don't think it's working. I'm sure someone will give some good advice quick like.
