As long as you allow the jiffy to dry out a little between waterings...basically dont keep them soaked 24/7. You should have roots showing in 7-14 days usually. Oh and dont spray the leaves/clones...just water the dirt part. :) Best of luck and happy growin' :P

Small plants like that usually have a EC around .3 - .5...is there a reason yours is so high? Could be simple over feeding them.
