Yep hes right... i would also suggest that you transplant into not to big of pots as well .. you wana keep your roots maxed out in our pot, (that does not sound right but, but i dont know any other way to say it am high) what that means is by doing this your top growth will increase alot faster...

honesty man you realy not need those toothpicks next to ur plant giving them support... they are going to be growing so fast , i myself would not bother you want that stack to grow as much as possiable.... that clip is not squeezing that plant is it thats my biggest worry but other than that...
