i agree you should alwas have at least 10-15% of wateru put in, drip out the bottom. Also what are your plans for your grow??? how long you vegging for?? because u may need to put those plants into a different pot size.

this is what i think (i have never used coco just soil) i rarely check my runoff this probably is bad but when i do my ph is usually higher then what i add, .....i add 6.5ph water and it comes out around 7.0 or little higher. i think its just because your medium has a different ph level then...

Am planing on buying a 8bulber here soon in the next week or so, that way i can space the plants out more and have some more lumen's too i think the 8bulber puts out about 40,000 lumen's but i might be wrong
