Humidity / Fan / lights on / lights off question

I haven't had issues with PM indoors yet. I know that there isn't an exact temp/humidity but if the below quote is favorable, my setup isn't hitting the mark. "The temperatures in which PM thrives is between 50-65 degrees Fahrenheit, with a relative humidity of 80-90 percent. "...

    Gnats

I was lucky to bring them into my grow from the start. Seed starting soil had it so bad they actually killed off 2 of my seedlings, or at least I think it was a grub that did that. Could have been something else in the soil. Been using sticky traps and the dunks for 8 weeks or so. Def...

    Gnats

I've been using the dunks and they seem to have knocked the numbers down but haven't pushed them away totally. It sounds like there are better products, yeah?

Growing along! I think the purple cheese is starting to bud already. That would be strange. Fungus gnats wont go away. going to fit some echinacea seeds in there today. Its getting a little dirty in there for my liking but that comes along with all the seedling trays.

    Mainlining 12th day flower

@MTD78 I didn't realize mainlining was a thing but i was unknowingly working towards it as i noticed differences in stretching based on nodes and branches come flower time. now that I see this is a thing, I have some reading to do. Any chance you have more pictures of the process you took...

Best option to make these grow even faster and larger?

If this is a really low cost grow and better soil isn't an option you could use things like straw, leaf compost, grasses, etc mixed in with the dirt to help soften it up. If things succeed, don't toss the dirt keep working it. It will get better. Be very careful how much FoxFarm you add...

Final pots today. upsized some of the broccoli. Move some out doors under cover. I'm missing a circ fan to strengthen the sprout stems. took the tops off each plant, some at 5 others at 6 nodes. raised the light and increased to 75%

Humidity / Fan / lights on / lights off question

So which do we care about in regard to maintaining a healthy environment? I should take a moment to read up on the measurement devices I have and see if they point to reading one type or the other, if I understand that correctly.

    Switching to organic

this was similar to my thought. Just buy some ocean forest and use dry organic fertilizer pre mix and go from there. Some plant strains aren't heavy feeders and are easy to grow others need more food. Start with easy ones. I would also recommend running the same strain over and over as...

Will two 4" exhaust work instead of a 6"

Not sure if the 4 inches is a limit but I would purchase the 6" setup and upsize. Keep your 4" as a quick spare or a different area or sell it. Cost wise, you are so close to between the 2 that you will have a better end product, less install, filter maintenance, etc in the long run. fans...

Humidity / Fan / lights on / lights off question

So I'm just a tad confused and hoping a quick post will clear up my foggy brain. I have a tent thats sitting in a room that is pretty much closed off from other air sources. A slight exchange with the rest of the house and maybe 30 to 60 mins a day to outside air with an open door, no...

how early to start outdoor grow?

this is a fantastic post. This really helps me in my path forward, I was considering starting a seed plant early and taking clones but I will just run them each from seed, so much easier and straight forward.

broccoli is getting true leaves. 4 Marijuana plants are growing like weeds. Moving the LED drivers out of the tent makes a big difference in heat. Anyone with heat issues should relocate the drivers if you haven't yet. BTW, the heat pad is not on. I may end use it when I start...
