I'd be the wrong person to make a suggestion as I haven't shopped for LED in some years but those prices are way too high. Decent LEDs can be found for a lot less. You could probably find some good links in the LED lighting section of the forum.

I'd try and pluck those dead leaves out of the bud. They can contribute to rot/mold pretty quick.
