    White widow autoflowering advice

Ahhhh that helps a lot. I have a ph testing kit and a moisture meter which I've used to date.... All useful stuff, seems like you know your stuff when it comes to nutes and feeding! Temps I'm my grow room are mid to late 80's.... Would you say this is too hot and will cool the seedlings at the...

    Thoughts on my newb setup

Totally, will do some training once they're big enough. Too small at the moment though. You're right the pots and reflector take up valuable space.

So you'd say, definitely lose the 300W dual cfl and stick with the 200W envirolite for the short term? I can't get it too close to them as it's not long enough to sit directly over all pots, so feels as though the 2 end ones are slightly shaded... I rotate them of course which helps (meaning...

    Thoughts on my newb setup

Grow space is less than 5ft (I'd say about 4ft if that) considerably but i chose white widow as they were as described 'small and bushy and ideal for someone growing with limited space'.... thanks for the visual help here - sounds like I may need to do this - really helpful, ta!

    Thoughts on my newb setup

This is a real tricky one. As they're auto flowering everyone was telling me to plant them instantly into the final pot rather than transplanting... I would have transplanted otherwise... with having only one light on, the close you place the light to 2 of them (bearing in mind the big pots), it...

    Thoughts on my newb setup

Spent about £75 on the cfls - but I already had the ballast for the one envirolite and the hanger for the cfl was only about £6

    Thoughts on my newb setup

Hey all, would appreciate your thoughts on the setup I have for my autoflowering white widow plants. Also your thoughts on how the seedlings are looking after 5 days since planting. The images and description is on my journal here: https://www.rollitup.org/Journal/shiva.2643/ Many thanks )shiva(

What light cycle is best for yield on this strain?

In your personal opinion, does giving them that rest promote their growth?

What light cycle is best for yield on this strain?

Hey all, It's nearly one week since Planting my auto white widows, and so far as the lights aren't massively powerful (1 x 200W envirolite blue spectrum and 1 x 300W dual cfl), I've been running them 24 hours. Just wondered what your thoughts are on running 24 compares to 18/6, 12/12, not...

You're speaking non-noob speak to a noob.... "test your run-off and see where your PPM's are' - ?? *scratches head... looks blank... looks at floor... looks up, still looks blank!*. Please explain - that's my first question! :) I've just posted pics to my Journal for this grow.... see link...

Help my seedling is growing slow

As a suggestion I always mix 25% perlite and 25% vermiculite... This combo helps retain moisture and natural nutrients in the soil so you need to feed less throughout the grow. Also, helps with good drainage after watering so they don't drown. Also if you can is say get some more light on them...

    White widow autoflowering advice

To be honest, I'm using an identical mix that i used to produce the shivas you can see on my Journals, links below as I it seemed to work well and without using nutes - it seemed to keep the ph really well balanced previously so I have no real concerns over that. I'm constantly checking the ph...

    Should I plant them yet???

They're from pick and mix seeds... Ah right will take a look.

    Should I plant them yet???

Seeds are planted in soil now which is a high hydrogen soil mixed with 25% perlite and 25% vermiculite... holds nutrients in the soil and previously I've never had to use additional nutes. They were in paper towel but have since planted them and added light. One of them has already sprouted just...

    Should I plant them yet???

I think as this is my first autoflower grow I have been overly cautious! Don't want to mess it up, you know?!

    Should I plant them yet???

I have a heater in the grow room so can push temps up to 120 degrees if I wanted so no problems with temps exactly. It's currently about 85 degrees in there for germination. I'd Planned on turning the heat down once the light was switched on as I'd heard best temps for flowering were mid 70's...
