Lol...rolling eyes. Subjective, maybe, BUT I'm asking for an individual opinion and skirting around it to that extent probably just means "I really have no idea" or perhaps "I am not willing to share". In either case, why do you even respond? I appreciate those actually helping.

So just paint on drywall would be a "better" option (considering all factors, including lower cost), OR better to just do PANDA or similar. Last time I'll ask guys lol...unless I'm replying. Thanks sooooo much BTW.
