Of course make sure u are running your ballasts at the correct wattage for the bulb. I once ran a 600 at 1000 watts for 3 weeks. Surprisingly the bulb still performed fine. A tribute to hortilux I guess.

Check for bugs but I'd guess your water is too hard and u are getting a nutrient lockout. 500ppm off the tap is no good. U need to get an RO or cut it with 50/50 distilled water
