What kind of epsom salt do i give my plants?

Do you continue to give the plants nutrients after the move to the FFOF?

I was wondering whats the best type of soil to use...i currently have Fox Farms Ocean Forest Soil and ProMix BX...on my prior grow i out sprouts directly into fox farms ocean forest...and had issues to whole way..i picked up a bad of the ProMix to run a 50/50 ratio but was told after i bought it...

I had the same issue with mine,still trying to fix the problem

Thanks man,the first watering after the nutes had a light feeding of cal/mag and some mammoth p...just gave them the first actual straightwater feeding

Might have gave them a to strong of a feedimg a few days ago..any ideas on how incan remedy this problem. Thanks in advance for any help

Yeah she seems to just keep growing and growing...shes the tallest of the bunch,had to jack up my light because it was about an inch from touching the light

Thanks for the info man, I've been going with 1/4 of recommended dosage since i was using a hot soil..olan to cut fox forest with promix next grow..i sure would hate to lose any of my plants due to something i could have fixed or prevented
