Pardon? I see some strange comments on forums but that's up there with the best of them. We are obliged to allows the mail carrier 25 WORKING days to deliver the goods. Within that period they will not and do not consider any shipment as lost, missing or delayed. It's really that simple.

That's an odd response in my opinion given I am trying to help you. As far as I can see from the ticket the issue is still being dealt with in line with our general procedure and it has not been concluded at this point.
