Already answered but I will again. Veg them for a week or so, you are trying to flower shocked clones, put them all under a veg light cycle until you see first signs of growth then flower, never understood "zero veg" as per when I did it I had same issues, a little veg solved the problem.

here is a pic of the veg tray, started using 100% perlite instead of hydroton and they are coming along nicely as well. the fabric inserts are not stopping the roots from coming from the bottoms which is fine by me.

Am I seeing things or is that a soil ph tester in there? I might be wrong as I have never tried to test water with a soil tester but I wouldn't think that would work very well. It may seem people are trying to be dicks to you but just saying from experience that certain things just won't work...

What size is your space? I have had friends cool 2 600's in a 4x4 tent no problem with decent ventalation. Are you running any ventilation? 10 3 week vegged plants should be in at least a 4x4.
