    Pollen Chuckers vs. Real breeders

It's ironic that you say that he "doesn't fully grasp what he's typing" and that he's "just regurgitating factoids to sound like he knows what he's talking" about when you claim that an f2 us made by backcrossing when they are two completely different things. Speaking of misinformation.

    Freezing cuttings

I've heard of others doing this. The one time i tried it I got nothing but infected cuttings that died before they rooted (I'm normally near 100% by day 7). It might have been that they had a high rate of contamination due to being from outdoor plants. I'd recommend spraying the cuts and inside...

    First grow need tips

Pictures would help. Two branches per node is normal. There's a pretty uncommon mutation that causes three branches per node. Once mature they'll transition to one. Plants show preflowers before actually flowering so them doesn't mean it's an auto.

    How fucked am I?

Usually clones start to yellow quite a bit as they set roots. This looks like they came from a plant that was already deficient though. That can be challenging to say the least.

    How fucked am I?

We'll need all the details you can think of. How healthy was the mother plant? What exactly did you do with the water?

No Till using Down to Earth and when to reapply

I always start with a mix that has good drainage and aeration so it's never really been a big issue. I like to add coco coir. I've also experimented with hydroton and was really impressed. When I finally get my next garden set up I'm going to use pots a size up so I can run hydroton and coco...

No Till using Down to Earth and when to reapply

I'm not a fan of perlite either. I spent years building greenhouse beds with 24 seven gallon pots worth of soil every 30 days. I never had an issue with compaction but the perlite does turn to dust and become useless in the best case. Any compressed bales of soil I've seen with perlite it's...

No Till using Down to Earth and when to reapply

The only thing to watch out for with worm castings is that they are very heavy and dense. To much can mess drainage and the moisture/aeration ratio. I do like to mix worm castings into my top dress. It helps to keep everything from shifting when watered and also helps to keep it from drying out...

No Till using Down to Earth and when to reapply

Go with a lighter recommended amount. I did a five strain test using five ratios ranging from less than to more than recommended and some strains even burned in the mid range of the recommended usage. Every test plant of the less than recommended range finished a four week veg and full flowering...

No Till using Down to Earth and when to reapply

I'd call the store directly and ask them. The people in the DTE garden center really no their stuff. But honestly the label should have everything you need. I'd just scratch in a top dressing as if it were a planting bed sice that's basically what no till is. If the roots are too thick in the...

My neighbor in Eugene hit almost 28% with his backyard light dep dosido. And of course that was after a proper dry and cure.

    UV Suppliment Lighting

The atmosphere filters nearly all UVC so it's definitely not something that the plants have actually evolved to use. Between that and the fact that UVC is very high energy and actually causes chromosomal damage I wouldn't go anywhere near it. UVA and maybe the top portion of the UVB spectrum are...

    Rooted Clones

Revegged plants will definitely yield less because of the significantly reduced veg time. I have found that revegged can sometimes have a much higher quality if they never fully recovered before going back to flowering.

    Rooted Clones

You don't have to wait until the solstice to put plants outside except with a very few strains that start to flower with pretty much anything less than 18 hours. I personally put mine out the first of May. Sometimes a week or two earlier depending on weather. That's 7-9 weeks before the summer...

Sounds like you start flowering before they've shown sex.
