It would certainly work, but it isn't ideal. Drying areas should ideally be a constant humidity. The humidity in an active growing area will tend to vary with the light cycle. The paper bag will help, but long-term the quality of your final product will be better if you dry them somewhere else.

Given the old-school genetics I'd probably try finding a landrace, (I've travelled a lot, and like Cambodian...) but you could get some interesting results crossing it with some of the newer genetic monsters.

I think your plant will tell you if it's struggling, but by all means add nutes. Just remember that it's always easier to add nutes after you see a deficiency than it is to fix overfeeding.

Indicators of sex are generally easiest to spot on the lower nodes than the top node. At the top it's too easy to see new leaves and mistake them for hairs. It will be unmissable when it happens.

Also. It looks like you might have your extractor intake sitting at the bottom of the tent? If it is then you need to lift that up to the highest part of the tent...those temps are not ideal.

You need much bigger pots for starters by the looks of things. Bigger pots = more soil = more food. Some wormcastings are better than others too, so look into that. But yeah, hungry hungry ladies.

I've had that on my current grow. It's actually a good sign in soil as it means that there is some life in it....as long as they don't take over. My mushies died inbetween waterings...
