If you could give only one piece of advice to a new grower

Mix dolomite lime into your soil before planting. I'm willing to bet that at least 50% of "nutrient" problems in the Plant Problem section are the result of an off PH. A little dolomite lime added would have prevented such issues. I started growing when I was 14.

    CO2 and relative humidity.

I thought he was referring to CO2. What I stated about RH is true.

    Chuckers paradise......

Yet what I find most amazing is that, at only 44 days of flowering, it's of 95% cloudy trichomes and 99% orange pistols. Truly an early girl. Will harvest on day 49.

Question.. Time to re-plant my 3 1/2 week year old plant?

Keep it in that pot until you can determine sex via pre-flowers, which should be in another 2.5 - 4 weeks (5th or 6th node). There's no point in unnecessarily transplanting a potential male into a larger pot. Shit, I've grown four plants at a time in a pot that size until sex was determined.

    CO2 and relative humidity.

Exactly. Imagine a cubic meter of air at 70F can hold 12 grams of water, but in actuality (absolute humidity) has 6 grams = RH 50% Now the temperature suddenly drops to 60F and so a cubic meter can only hold 10 grams, that 6 grams in the air = RH 60%

    Humidity issue.

Higher temperature does indeed drive relative humidity down. Go get a hygrometer (even a cheap one) before you begin discussing a humidifier. Out of curiosity, of which region in the U.S. do you reside?

    CO2 and relative humidity.

Does CO2 increase temperature? So if you cease CO2, the temperature will drop? I know for a fact that if you drop temperature, RH increases.

    When do you guys harvest.

When practically all pistols are orange, all calyxes are swollen and all trichomes are no longer clear. Anything after this, such as amber v cloudy, or waiting for most pistols to recede, can be considered a matter of personal preference with no wrong way. Such a general rule can be dangerous...

    last 2 weeks of flower

You're making a mistake, brother. When you are growing a strain for the first time, I highly recommend you wait until the plant can be harvested before you begin flushing. Don't assume you know when the plant will be ready, miscalculate and find yourself in a position where you must choose...

    "Curing" with light

I did a bit of research and found a contradictory claim that states chlorophyll continues to be produced when light is present, but when removed, the newly harvested [and still alive] plant uses up its stored chlorophyll. At first glance, I find this a more plausible explanation.

Do you trim your plants wet or dry?

Dry. It's a curious fact, but I'm of the belief that butchering fresh leaves causes the stomata to prematurely close, retarding gas exchange and hydrolysis. To be clear, this only applies to leaves whose [imbedded in bud] stems cannot be reached for severing.
