Are you talking about growing in coco, or using dwc? and 200 dry, really? Most I've got is 150 using the same method.

Maybe try and use PK 13/14. I usually run coco coir pro+. Canna A+B, Cal-Mag, Blackstrap Molasses (A little additive), Epsom Salts and PK 13/14 for flower. I've had great results. Also, I don't believe in flushing. It's just a myth. Unless you screw up really bad.. And I mean really bad.

Zara's right, around 2 days. Most seeds I've ever planted have sprouted 2 days later on average. Some 3, and very few 4.

Green, lime green. Any shade of green shows it's healthy. Just leave it be. If it turns yellow I'd be concerned. But it looks fine.

It doesn't make a difference, just let your soil really dry out. I noticed with my plants them seem to grow stronger whenever I let them dry out. You want the soil to be crumbly when you stick your finger in. Try not to overwater. & Don't spray your plants.
