Unknown strain need help diagnosing deficiency

It also may be Potassium toxicity.... have you been feeding any bloom nutes? They are too early in flower to be fed much, if any P and K, so if you have been feeding bloom nutes I reckon it could be Potassium toxicity

I've run in to flowering problems.

It's very hard narrowing down probs such as this as every strain has it's own quirks. In my opinion It looks like the plant is leaching the N from the leaf, so it could be lack of N or it could be you started using bloom nutes a tad too early and as a result locked out the N, it could be lack of...

3 weeks old, what am i doing wrong? tips appreciated

I'll get you a pic of how close my cfl is to my tops now in a minute, they don't have very much light penetration but they also have very low heat so you can get em real close, the closer the better just have to be careful the plants don't stretch and touch the bulb or they will burn.

3 weeks old, what am i doing wrong? tips appreciated

They don't look bad bro, maybe a little over watered. Have you moved the lights up for the pic because those T5's should be right on top of your plants just about an inch above the tops.

    Dinafem strains are great!

Some Dinafem Strawberry cough at day 55, looks like she will go about 80 days.... smells very yummy

how long can plants go in the dark (blackout)

It's no problem them having extra dark time during flower, it's far better than having extra light time. I would start to worry after 4 or 5 days of total darkness, they could survive longer but yield would seriously suffer. I hope the cyclone passes without causing too much damage mate.

    Tried a new germanation method

Fair play, whatever works for you. I do the wet paper towels method between two plates and leave the plates on my modem, seems to keep things at just the right temp, usually germ by 18 - 48hrs.
