I've taken clones from flowering plants.... takes a while to root and revert but works if you have patience. I do some lollypopping at week two of flower and often keep some of the lower branches for clones with no probs.

Irish water seems to have a lot of Cal, this locks out Mag, I've not once had a cal deficiency. The cal bottle says the opposite....an overdose of cal results in a mag deficiecy

Sounds like a good idea. Having an even canopy really helps with overall yield, I would have super cropped the lanky ones.
