There was a light leak for a couple days in the res, could that be root rot? Exactly this plant look absolutely fine, good color leaves etc, nothing special...

Some of Clones have strange symptoms on leaves And the youngest seedlings are light green color (first picture)

As you can see from the photos seedling are kind of flabby and short with huge leaves. And the clones are kind of long with no branches

I would not remove them before you clearly see that they are full yellow/brown. Dont remove them too fast
