I'm not sure what that medium is, as I only use soil for my grows. But if you do want to save them I would have to agree on repotting into a good soil mix. No need to trim the roots or anything else, just repot and use only water, no nutes, and see what happens.

I am comming up on time to replace my hps lamps and was wondering if anybody has tried the CMH lamps? from what I have read they are made by GE and Philips and have a wider spectrum than the hps lamps.
