Looks like nutrient burn to me, you have yellowing and burning starting at the tips and the tips are curling down.. What are you feeding them? How often are you feeding them? What is the soil PH?

The main cola is always the first to go in my experience. Sometimes all you can do is inspect, inspect and inspect some more, and amputate moldy areas when you catch them early.
